Corporate Catalyst India Private Limited (‘CCI’) acted as the exclusive advisor to Daiko Advertising Inc. on acquiring majority stake in From Here On Communications Private Limited
Daiko Advertising Inc., a full service advertising company based in Japan has acquired majority stake in India based From Here On Communications Private Limited (‘FHO’), a creative advertising agency based in New Delhi with effect from June 1, 2018. FHO is a new age agency run by industry veterans Rajesh Aggarwal and Sabyasachi Sen (aka ‘Gullu Sen’).
CCI acted as an exclusive advisor to Daiko Inc. on this transaction. From Here On Communications Private Limited will be renamed as ‘Daiko From Here On Communications Private Limited’. The acquisition by Daiko in the local creative agency is to strengthen their base in India for growth of its business and expansion in Asia.
